Job Description
Acute Therapies team at a well known hospital has a need beginning in May for a SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST. The acute therapy team sees all patients in adult units including Wound care, pre/peri nata, Dialysis, Cardiac, Adult Critical Care, Progressive Care, Orthopedic Surgery, General Surgery, Neurology, General Medical and Mental Health Units.
The successful applicant will have the following: Obtained their Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology and completed their CFY year. Must have a current license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the State of Alaska. Basic Life Support required upon hire.
Qualifications: Must hold a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable.
